Responsibilities: 1.Drive new business in assigned vertical, implement business develop plan based on target industry segment or targeted accounts. 2.Work on RFQ/RFI responses, lead the bid process and work closely with product/solution team. 3.Collaborate with country commercial team and handle sales lead properly. 4.Manage and develop customer relationships, develop growth strategy for customer. 5.Anticipate proactively customer needs and changes and offer corresponding new solutions. 6.Conduct contract negotiation and renewal with customer. 7.Manage customer escalations, incl. customer’s requirements, concerns, complaints and service issues, and work with operation team in developing resolutions. 8.Conduct regular business review with assigned customers for continuous service improvement. 9.Conduct analysis on customer’s P&L and KPIs to identify focus area for improvements. 10.Take up additional tasks as required to meet department’s needs. Qualification: 1. No less than 10 years of forwarding experiences and 3 years of sales experience. 2. Good English skills. 3. Self-motivated and result oriented and can work under pressure. 4. Excellent interpersonal skills can keep sustainable and long-term relationship with clients 5.Strong market insights and accurate analytical skills.
