This role is to support line manager and cooperate with Global for building Mr. Muscle equity and mega brand communication. i.e: brand history / training / overall communication. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: ? Support line manager leading the scale event also Mega brand projects like In-store day with cooperating product team ? Participants on trade-oriented initiatives like van sell / Super mini boost up project if any ? Support the commercialization process of NPD (New Product Development) and lead the trademark registration process ? Lead the execution of the short to midterm marketing commercialization strategy for assign brands. Activities include Collaborate with sales and customer marketing team for product listing, brand presentations and market competitor analysis ? Support implementation of media strategy for assign brands and support the post evaluation process of activations for assign brands ? Maintain records of sales volume, revenues, and advertising costs and analyze them against forecasts to identify areas where the sales performance of the brand that needs to be improved ? Consumer Communication, including responsible for the execution of media strategy with support from the manager; Lead and drive artwork preparation & changes; Leads barcode management, label change and pricing maintenance; Support in managing local social network (if any) ? May interface with Country General Manager, Country Manager, Marketing Commercialization team, Global Marketing teams, work closely with Customer marketing team and Sales team on excellence executions Required Skills / Experience / Competencies: ? Bachelor’s degree in business or Marketing related ? 2-3 years of marketing experience ? Experience in FMCG will be added value
