1. Responsible for the sales in the most professional, diligent and profitable way. 2. Develop and execute service sales and business development strategy. 3. Develop business by promoting and expanding existing segments and developing new service products for existing and new business segments. 4. Keep informed on industry news and trends, products, services, competitors, relevant information about legacy, existing, and emerging technologies, and the latest product-line developments 5. Perform sales visits and develop new accounts with strategies to increase market shares in Marine and offshore segment. 6. Develop new businesses and propose new services for Goltens China that could include diversification across other market segments 7. Assist Head of Service Sales to set up sales strategy, design, integrate and regulate of marketing sources 8. Coordinate with other departments to ensure the smooth implement of project, good development of service work, guarantee the long-term development of business 9. Implement and enforce relevant Goltens policies regarding ethics, safety and environmental protection. 10.Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations in order to process legal issues in a professional manner. 11.In general, provide any reports or documents requested within stipulated timeframes. 12.Communicate and cooperate with the other Goltens business units in an open, honest and efficient way to the benefit of the Goltens Group.
Required skills and experience: 1. Required experience of working in a multi-national working environment. 2. Need to be operationally inclined yet market oriented with strong business acumen 3. Understanding of modern management including sales management principals and techniques for individual, departmental and company level performance measurements: target setting with continuous measurement and evaluation of results. 4. Technically inclined with a university degree in mechanical / electrical / marine / naval architecture or engineering or similar. 5. Demonstrated experience with measurable results from having achieved sales improvements in a marine/ stationary industry company. 6. Demonstrate the inclination and understanding of the terminologycontinuous improvementpreferably through relevant examples from past work experience. 7. Thorough understanding of the China business culture. 8. In-depth knowledge of marine market and preferably including industry stationary power market.
