Job Description & Responsibility ? Formulate, initiate & implement the sales strategy and business plan to achieve the profitable revenue growth, consistently sustain market share increasing for Automotive business at a leading new energy automotive customer. ? Developing and maintain relevant executive relationship with customer’s R&D and sourcing management, coordinate supporting actions and resolve sales issues ? Take the leading to drive demand creation, implement the platform & solution selling at customer. Collaborate with internal stakeholders including BUPM and Service team to support customers design cycle from prototyping to mass production. ? Coordinate the field technical supporting team and relevant back-end parties (Business Units & Marketing, Customer Service etc) to complete the sales cycle including but not limited to competitive analysis, market intelligence and business negotiations. ? Take fully responsibilities for business management and demand creation.
Job Requirement ? 5 to 8 years experiences with key automotive customers and semiconductor industrial, education of University degree in Electrical and Electrification are preferred. ? Familiar with Autonomous driving and electrification in NEV. ? Result oriented with strong focus on details. ? Fluent in English.
