Key Responsibilities: ? Generating sales revenue from existing customers. Responsible for meeting assigned sales quota. ? Identifying and calling on potential new customers. ? Screening potential accounts to ensure a fit between the customer’s requirements and the company’s capabilities. ? Managing the sales process for new accounts from initial contact through the entire process. ? Calls on customers, provides technical and administrative product/service information and or presentations, and quotes appropriate customer prices. ? Being the main contact point between the company and customers in all sales-related matters; understanding of customer’s business and product requirements. ? Provide information on customer needs, volume potential, pricing, and competition. ? May provide technical guidance to other levels of sales representatives. ? Provide input into product direction. ? Works closely with PTM, TPM, and AMs in implementing the company’s sales strategies. ? Building customer relationships and intimacy Regularly provide information to regional manager on accounts and business activity
Ability Required: ? Sound knowledge of the company’s products or knowledge of electronics and OSAT industry ? A self-motivated, go-and-get approach and the will to win ? Strong presentation, sales, negotiation and influencing skills ?
