Responsibilities: Brand & Product Communication ? Propose and implement annual brand and product integrated communication plan to deliver full year finance target and market share objectives, as well as enhancing brand equity among target consumers. ? Develop high quality marketing assets and always-on KOL social contents to enhance brand image and search buzz in social and eCommerce platforms. ? Monitor closely market landscape and competitor initiatives for quick response.
Social Media Planning &Execution ? Lead external agencies to implement integrated brand communication & social media plan and to continuously optimize MB efficiency and effectiveness with brand consistency. ? Manage marketing budget spending by setting clear objectives and review mechanism, initiate adjustment on allocation to achieve higher effectiveness.
Portfolio Management Manage CBEC+ Local Portfolio based on consumer insights and business growth strategy. ? Collaborate with Global GBU to align CBEC Portfolio ? Lead in the planned innovation development through innovation testing, product registration for local channel.
Qualification: ? Bachelor’s degree or above ? Fluent English communication skills ? 3-5 years working experience in FMCG/ skin care industry, brand marketing, digital/ EC marketing background ? Experience in Brand communication, Digital, Omnichannel business is expected ? Self-motivated, eager to learn in digital & EC marketing ? Strong business acumen and has strategic/ framework thinking
