主要职责:
Main Responsibilities
1. 负责项目工艺文件 (产能和节拍分析，操作流程分析，焊点分配，安全分析，确定工艺方案，参与Layout制作与审核，制作输送及钢结构询件技术文件)；
Responsible for process work in project, including output calculation, cycle time calculation, loading sequence, welding spots distribution, safety analysis, determine process concept，Participate in layout make and verify. Complete detail technical documents for steelwork and convey system quotation
2. 负责工艺实现过程中的沟通与协调，包括公司内部与外部。并核对、改善工艺方案；
Responsible for communication and coordination internal and external, check and improve process concept
3. 参与部门内部经验交流、培训、持续优化及其他部门基础工作；
Participate in the basic department work including sharing experience, training, continuous improvement, etc.

岗位要求：
Requirements
1. 机械类或汽车相关专业本科学历；
Bachelor degree (or above) of mechanical or automotive engineering；
2. 三年以上白车身行业工作经验；
3+ years working experience in BIW
3. 熟悉点焊、弧焊、螺柱焊、涂胶、滚边等白车身焊装工艺，精通节拍分析，工艺分析和LAYOUT布局；
Familiar with spot welding, arc welding, stud welding, sealing, hemming process in BIW, proficient in cycle time, process analysis and LAYOUT.
4. 熟悉汽车车身结构、工装夹具的组成及结构，以及标准工艺设备(如：涂胶系统、点焊设备、螺柱焊系统等)的组成及功能；
Familiar with the structure of BIW, the structure of the fixture, and the composition and function of the standard process equipment(such as sealing system, spot welding system, stud welding system, etc).
5. 熟练掌握3D机械设计软件；
Skillful with 3D Mechanical design software；
6. 英语听说读写熟练；
Good English in speaking and writing.
7. 善于交流, 团队合作;
