1、To provide appropriate AKRO material solutions and quotations to customers or team members to lead to successful of sales. 2、Responsible for developing and commercializing new projects within the automotive Tier1s. 3、To build good interaction between AKRO and OEMs to get involved in projects and get material release. 4、To find the customer’s requirements & pain spots and provide AKRO technical sales as well. 5、Develop and maintain sales strategies based on its own value proposition for key accounts, and maintain good relationship with them. 6、To analyze & report problems and make use of resources to solve problems, both in technical and business. 7、Hold seminars, workshops, so as to introduce AKRO’s solutions and generate sales leads. 8、Collect and analyze marketing information to relevant colleagues. 9、Responsible for putting in and maintaining projects in the CRM. 10、Fill in and collect kinds of regular reports.
Requirements: 1、Bachelor’s degree and above, majoring in polymer, mechatronic engineering, etc. 2、More than 5 years’ experience in Business Development /Sales of engineering plastic in automotive related 3、Deeply know the engineering plastic & application in automotive 4、Good oral and written communication skills in Chinese [Mandarin] and English 5、Initiative, Team work and customer focus
