How you will contribute:
Develop and implement merchandising strategies to drive the overall business.
Support and eventually be responsible for product assortment selection and be in charge of buying for China retail network and digital channels.
Define and monitor product key focus and work closely with commercial departments to achieve the sales target.
Monitor and manage stock level, and forecast the sales and probability of all merchandise.
Manage both quantitative and qualitative analysis, analyzing all sales performance and competitor analysis.
Compose weekly and seasonal report, collaborate with other internal departments for projects and events.
Provide the product and fashion trend training to the retail staff.
Communicate to Europe merchandising team on the seasonal product feedback and local market need.
Who you are
Experience, business and technical skills
At least 5 years of merchandising experience working in international luxury fashion house
highly skilled in the development of merchandising plans and capable of supporting strategic decisions and initiatives.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint
Fluent in spoken and written English and Mandarin.
Soft skills
Strong passion and knowledge of art, design, culture, and fashion
Flexible, proactive and hands-on, capable of working independently
Strong work ethics and unquestionable confidentiality and integrity
A good team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
