Key Responsibility 1、Translate customer technical requirement into engineering specification, responsible for part list/BOM building, 3D models and 2D Prints creation, stack up and DFMEA. 2、Reviews product design for compliance with engineering principles, company standards, and customer contract requirements, and related specifications 3、Perform and document calculations to prove design robustness. 4、Developing and engineering appropriate design for company products. 5、Support for productions localization. 6、Choose & specify appropriate materials. 7、Responsible for resolving product design, verification and test problems. 8、Work closely with Manufacturing, Quality and Process engineering function to ensure designs are manufacturable and allow best manufacturing practice. 9、Familiarity with hydraulics & hydraulic mechanisms.
Requirement. 1、Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Mechanical Engineering required. 2、3-5 years relevant elevator or industrial experience required. 3、Proficiency with 3D/2D design tools, such as SolidWorks (or AutoCAD) is required. 4、Knowledge of hydraulic systems is a plus. 5、Working knowledge of current engineering drawing standards. 6、Working knowledge of tolerance methods including GDT. 7、Working knowledge of mechanical design calculations (load, stress etc.). 8、Working knowledge of product development quality tools (e.g. FMEA). 9、Working knowledge of basic material science and material properties for ferrous metals. 10、Thorough understanding of mechanical design including GD&T, structural 11、Fluency in written;
