RESPONSIBILITIES: 1、Identify needs of global market by collecting and analyzing customer insights, competitive landscape, market price system, etc. 2、Develop global market expansion strategy and drive the implementation in prioritized geography regions. 3、Lead product registration and market access in the prioritized regions 4、Build global distribution network of MTX Urology product portfolio and develop/maintain sustainable partnership with influential distributors. 5、Support the market development activities by providing sales tools, product training, best practice sharing, etc. 6、Work with marketing team to initiate and implement marketing programs to drive business growth and maintain KOL relationships in strategic areas. 7、Get customer feedbacks from the market, and integrate the resources from upstream marketing and R&D to tailor our products to better fit the needs of global markets by product customization, iteration and upgrade. 8、Work closely with manufacturing and operation team to ensure timely and stable supply to the regions. 9、Establish a dedicated MTX international market team at the right stage. REQUIREMENTS: 1、Bachelor’s degree or above 2、Fluent oral and written English. Use English as working language. 3、At least 3-year medical device business management experience (sales or marketing) 4、Proven working experience as global business development/management manager in medical device industry.
