职责描述：
1. Write-up and update process documentation.
2. Continues improvement of the current process and take lead of PIP.
3. Support production supervisor in day-to-day operation.
4. New product development, including transfer projects and local projects
5. Process related troubleshooting and tech support.
6. Budgeting of Capex .
7. Operators training and qualification.
8. Quotation for new product.
9. Work with quality department on improving product quality level.
10. Work with maintenance department in equipment improvement and maintenance.
11. Consider fully EHS risk when build new process, change process or purchase.
12. new equipment/facilities in process.
13. In time report C+1 to process supervisor.
任职要求：
1. BS or Master with major in polymer or mechanical Engineering,
2. 3 years’ work experience in injection area, working experience in automotive industry would be appreciated.
3. Know well of injection process and familiar with tool structuring and design.
4. Analysis product' defect and give clear solution and carry out the measure strictly.
5. Solid background in project management, new products development.
6. Good English communication level in both writing and speaking.
7. Team spirit and good communication skills.
8. Be responsible and professional, self-motivated,
9. willing to take pressure.
10. Knowledge of Standard of Auto industry like 5 tools would be a plus.
