职位描述
Job Responsibilities:
1.Being the business representative in dedicate region, promote company and solution to target industry and customer, build market awareness
2.Based on the company's strategic goals and different market conditions, build long-term and short-term development plan and execute.
3.Develop and allocate annual performance indicators, lead to achieve goals such as revenue and profit, namely achieving business growth, while effectively managing budgets and personnel/project costs.
4.Build local distribution channels, identify right target customer and build good connection for further business growth.
5.Close cooperation with relevant departments (market, R&D, service, factory) to improve customer service quality.
6.Utilize the company's sales management system to build potential pipeline and gradually win market.

Job Qualifications:
1.Bachelor's degree or above, major in HVAC, refrigeration, environment engineering, etc., with experience in hands-on project operations.
2.At least 5 years of sales experience in the HVAC industry, with at least 2 years of project sales and team management experience.
3.Passionate about sales with ambition to take career to next level as a country manager
4.Proficient in strategic decomposition and have can-do attitude of down to earth to implement, having ability to achieve performance goals under certain pressure and having multiple successful experiences.
5.Excellent communication, adaptation, and management skills, results oriented, data based, with fast decision-making ability. Must be adaptable to business travel.

岗位职责:
1.作为指定区域的业务代表,向目标行业和客户推广公司和产品解决方案,建立市场意识。
2.根据公司的战略目标和不同的市场情况,制定长期和短期发展计划并执行。
3.制定和分解年度绩效指标,实现收入和利润等目标,实现业务增长,同时有效管理预算和人员/项目成本。
4.建立本地分销渠道,发展适合的目标客户,为进一步的业务增长建立良好的关系。
5.与相关部门(市场、研发、服务、生产等)密切合作,提高客户服务质量。
6.利用公司销售管理系统,建立潜在渠道,逐步赢得市场。

任职要求:
1.本科及以上学历,暖通空调、制冷、环境工程等相关专业,有实际项目操作经验。
2.至少5年暖通空调行业销售经验,至少2年项目销售和团队管理经验。
3.对销售充满热情,能担任国家经理,有志于将职业生涯提升到新的水平。
4.精通战略分解,有脚踏实地的做事态度,有能力在一定压力下实现绩效目标,有多次成功经验。
5.优秀的沟通、适应和管理能力,以结果为导向,以数据为基础,具有快速决策能力。能适应出差。
