Responsibilities: -To plan and manage the annual budget and execute overall marketing and communications plan, including media plans, publicity campaigns, public relations, partner marketing,etc; -Lead and manage communication materials: Content writing, design, Communicate and brief agency, Proofread, Respect the budget, deadline and qualiy; -Data analytics and reporting to the management on the ROI of key marketing initiatives by sharing local insights, defining benchmarks and measuring relevant KPIs; -Manage company communication line, internal and external; -Manage the content of company’s social media in order that all the content respect the communication line and sales marketing use; -Manage the relationship with press and PR related affaires; -Manage the communication team, fix the KPI of team member and build a growing-up strategy for the whole team; -Reporting to Senior PR & Communications Manager. Requirements: -Bachelor or master degree, major in communication, marketing or business related. -4-5 years or above relevant working experience in PR and communications.Have team management experience is a preference. -Fluent in English required, good written skills in chinese. -Excellent team spirit and cooperative awareness to engage the collective success. -Strong sense of responsibilities and initiative. -Experience in an International company or have overseas experience. -Proficient in Office software, excellent PPT and Excel skills, image and video processing software is a preference.
