As a Product Manager, you will work in an environment full of challenges and opportunities, collaborating with our management team to shape and lead the successful development of our products. Job Responsibilities: 1.Work with our management team to formulate and implement a refined product strategy that drives product growth and market success. 2.Act as the main responsible person for the product, managing the product line’s P&L, including monitoring operating costs and establishing guidance on selling prices. 3.Manage and optimize the entire product lifecycle, guiding the evolution and development of the product along the way. 4.Develop a deep understanding of market trends, customer needs, and competitors’ situations, providing key information for the formulation of product strategies. 5.Formulate and implement long-term product expansion and improvement plans based on market conditions and business needs, including but not limited to product capacity expansion or line expansion, continuously driving product innovation and development. 6.Enhance procurement, inventory, logistics, and other aspects of supply chain management through refining efficiency and optimizing cost-effectiveness. 7.Promote the execution of continuous product improvement plans, continuously improving product quality and production efficiency, laying a solid foundation for stable business development. Requirements: 1.Demonstrate rich product management experience in the electronics industry, particularly in semiconductor or photovoltaic fields. 2.Possess an undergraduate degree or above, with preferred backgrounds in chemistry, materials, semiconductors, or related fields. 3.Exhibit outstanding team leadership and cross-department coordination abilities that enable effective project execution and team success. 4.Employ high-level analytical, judgment, and decision-making abilities that enable wise decisions in a complex market environment. 5.Possess excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills 6.Embody strong professional ethics and a high level of commitment and responsibility that provide the foundation for strong leadership and a sense of belonging to the company’s cause.
