PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES 主要职责
1.Establish the test proposal for the selected project based on component MSDS
2.Execute the pilot test work for distillation, extraction in site for the short period with the possibility of exposing to chemical materials
3.Analysis the pilot test data and come out the test report for commercial plant design
4.Involve technical communication meeting with customer to achieve the projects with sales
5.Guide the customers to finish test work and troubleshooting for customers
6.Scales up the pilot project to commercial plant with the support from simulation and equipment know-how
7.Execute lab test with customers with support from sales and APT
8.Knowledge for lab safety and ESH procedure
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE经验和知识要求
Formal education or equivalent教育背景
1.Bachelors Degree in Chemical Engineering or above
Skills技能
1.Familiar with distillation testing work, continuous process is preferred. Test for extraction, evaporation is also accepted.
2.Knowledge in GC analysis facility, lab safety and data analysis.
3.Familiar with unit operations in process plants (e.g. Distillation, extraction, evaporators) and sound technical knowledge in heat and mass transfer is a plus.
