Product Manager (New Products) As a Product Manager, you will work in an environment full of challenges and opportunities, collaborating with our management team to shape and lead the successful development of our products.
Responsibilities: 1.Collaborate with management to create and implement product strategies that drive business growth and market share expansion. 2.Monitor the execution of product strategies and continuously optimize the product portfolio for maximum profitability and market share. 3.Perform in-depth analysis of product competition and provide critical insights for business decision-making. 4.Manage the product lifecycle, driving continuous product upgrades and improvements. 5.Responsible for product selection and market research, developing comprehensive product investment plans including key factors such as manufacturing and pricing. 6.Ensure the timely delivery of new projects while monitoring project risks and developing corresponding countermeasures. 7.Oversee product line profitability, coordinating budgeting, production costs, and sales pricing to ensure maximum overall business efficiency. 8.Define product requirements and technical specifications, and coordinate cross-department resources to address key issues. Requirements: 1.5+ years of experience in the semiconductor or photovoltaic industry, with prior experience in chip production or equipment manufacturing preferred. 2.Bachelor's degree or above, with a background in chemistry, materials, semiconductors, or related fields preferred. 3.Proficient in semiconductor, solar energy, liquid crystal, new energy battery industries, and relevant experience is preferred. 4.Excellent team leadership and cross-department coordination skills to effectively drive project execution and serve as a positive role model for the team. 5.Strong analytical, judgment, and decision-making abilities to identify and solve problems quickly and make strategic decisions. 6.Exceptional work ethic and professional ethics, with a high level of commitment and responsibility that reflects strong leadership and a sense of belonging to the company's cause.
