Key Areas of Responsibility: 61 Review customer specifications for proposals and prepare exception and clarification list, provide support during customer clarifications and negotiations. 61 Responsible for Electrical and Instrumentation detail design, procurement support and necessary site construction and commission guide. 61 Instrumentation and electrical components primary cost collection and technical communication. 61 Ensure the design is in accordance with related Code and matches Custom Requirements, resulting in higher customer satisfaction and cost savings for company (minimize rework and increase efficiency). 61 Cooperate actively with clients, design institute as well as all project participants. 61 Support and coordinate with other disciplines and departments. 61 Control system design and Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT) 61 Coordinate with US engineers for local and global projects execution. 61 Complete other tasks assigned by superiors.
Qualifications: Bachelor degree with major in Instrumentation mandatory - Master degree is preferred. More than 5-year experience in instrument and control system design for Petro-chemical unit. 1. Must be capable of working in a team environment. 2. Experience for coordination with other disciplines, familiar with the scope of work split with relevant disciplines and GB/HG/SH/IEC standard. 3. Fluent written English and verbal communication skills mandatory. 4. PLC/DCS programming is preferred.
