POSITION SUMMARY As a FP&A Manager, He/She is responsible for managing financial & operational metrics, needs to ensure that that data is reviewed thoroughly for accuracy before we report to Management. Also need to strictly adhere on the timeline for report submission. Capable also to simplify the data gathering and consolidation in order to maximize the time in data review while minimizing the time for data preparation & gathering. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES - Design financial dashboard using Power BI & Business Objects and disseminate on a monthly/quarterly basis. - Coordinate with each Region’s FP&A in report simplifications, review submitted reports by Region & understanding business results for EM report consolidation. - Partner directly with the finance team and Regional FP&A teams to collaborate on metrics, goals, and business reviews. - Identify and understand business challenges; propose and create solutions. - Build financial models & perform research and analysis. - Evaluates the cost-efficiency of each department in relation to department’s resources. - Work closely in the centralization of reporting activities. - Assist with financial planning & forecasting. - Ensures compliance with financial guidelines & company policies. Other tasks that may be assigned from time to time. Ability to work efficiently and productively with minimal supervision. 3. Proficiency with computer system and reporting process and with strong knowledge in MS Office (Excel/Word/Powerpoint). 4. With strong knowledge in Power BI is preferred. 5. With positive attitude towards job and environment. 6. Has the ability to perform responsibilities on a timely manner 7. Must have a high sense of responsibility, sense of ownership, analytical skills, detail-oriented, proactive, can work in a multi-tasked environment and a team player with the ability to work with minimum supervision. 8. Ability to define problems; collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions 9. Flexibility to work overtime when required.
