Responsibilities:

-Product Inspections and Follow-up for garment
-Conduct independent QA inspections in different china areas
-Inspect materials, accessories, parts, components and products for washing, color, measurements, labels and overall quality
-Make judgment on acceptance and rejection of marginal quality cases
-Prepare, consolidate, update and file audit reports
-Provide technical advice to factories to solve production and quality problems
-Specify timeframe for factories to implement improvements
-Anticipate quality issues that may arise in the manufacturing process
-Identify and provide solutions on production and manufacturing problems that might have impact on delivery and / or product quality

Requirement:
-Diploma or above; both written and oral English are required.
-3-5 years Quality Assurance and Quality Control experience on garment with apparel buying office/agent or trader
-Has knowledge of knitwear production.
-Recognize the importance of meeting quality standards to meet business objectives and brand requirements
-A team player who can give full effort to meeting brand’s quality standard
-Listen to others and is receptive to their ideas and perspectives
-Open to ask questions to obtain needed information and flexible to coordinate among relevant parties to resolve problem issues
-Refer problems that cannot be addressed to the appropriate resources in a timely manner
-Recognize importance of business relationships and how they influence outcomes
-Good time management skills to allow sufficient time to complete tasks to meet assigned deadlines
-Good energy level to adapt to travel mobility
