Responsibility:
1. Handle supplier quality non-conformity and follow corrective/preventive action of suppliers
2. Perform potential suppler audit following company business orientation and strategy.
3. Work with purchase, R&D to develop new supplier.
4. Ensure new project smoothly approval and launching, to perform PPAP audit and approve supplier PPAP.
5. Perform annual process audit, flight audit, CQI for qualified suppliers
6. Make supplier quality scorecard and monitor supplier performance monthly and improve the supplier quality accordingly.
7. Upgrade the low performance suppliers based on the supplier performance quarterly ranking.
8. Window of supplier quality to support plant, include the claim, audit, project development, ECR.
9. Drive supplier continuous improvement.
10. Other task to assign in case needed.
Job Requirement:
1. Bachelor graduated or above.;
2. At least 5 years experiences in quality;
3. Be familiar with plastic parts and willing to learn die casting products
4. Excellent for the 8D report and problem solving approach.
5. Be good at cross function team coordination
