? Are you a talented compliance specialist with experience within the Furniture and /or Homeware industry and have a strong desire for continuous improvement? ? This is an important role in the Compliance Department focusing on compliance verification by monitoring certification programs and records with the suppliers, including but not limited to BSCI, FSC, GRS and OEKO-TEX. Certification is not only an important requirement of Trade Point (TP)’s clients but also TP’s own approach for risk control. The goals of this role include supporting smooth completion of certification projects, in-time tracking, verifying, maintaining, and reporting on applicable data and records, and training in this area. Main responsibilities include, 1.Be knowledgeable of and a go-to person on certification procedures and requirements for suppliers. 2.Train new suppliers on TP’s procedures and requirement on certification, and ensure required certificates are available before *** ETD, where required. 3.Follow up and communicate progress on certification projects in corporate social compliance, environment, forestry, etc. with suppliers. Participate in audits when needed. 4.Collect, review, and verify certificates and other records (such as invoices and labels) from suppliers on the factories, supply chains or materials (including packaging materials), and report/submit per client/TP requirements. 5.Track and work with suppliers to ensure intime renew of certificates before expiration. 6.Maintain tracker/data of certificates, and other records where applicable. 7.Provide training, both internally and externally in this area. Qualifications required, 1.Excellent communication skills, in both Chinese and English. 2.Careful, patient, well organized and detail oriented. 3.Good data analysis skills. 4.Good command of research tools and Microsoft apps. 5.Experience in the wood/furniture industry and third-party companies is a plus. 6.At least 3-year work experience.
