Key responsibilities 主要职责：
1. Carry out concept and feasibility study for new concepts for CCP plasma etching tools
2. Develop and improve key components in plasma reactor to meet required performance
3. Test basic functions of plasma etching tool and define operation rules
4. Perform troubleshooting of key field issues, and propose and validate solutions
5. Closely work with related function teams (ME, EE, SW, GMO, MFG etc.) and lab support team to get work done
6. Follow work schedule to ensure results being delivered within committed timeline


Key requirement 资历要求 :
1. Majoring in Physics, electromagnetic field and microwave technology, or related field in Science and Engineering
2. PhD degree with 3+ year, or master's degree with 5+ year working experience
3. Fundamental knowledge in plasma physics, plasma etching technology, RF technology
4. Working experience in plasma processing equipment (etching, deposition, ion sputtering, etc.) is a plus
5. Basic skills in experimental design, data analysis, report preparation and presentation
6. Teamwork oriented, and be able to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced working environment
7. Fluent English skill: Listening, speaking, reading, writing
