1. Responsible for Lab tool maintain;
2. Responsible for Lab event maintain;
3. Support Lab tool installation;
4. Support Lab tool Hardware activities;
5. New function testing;


Key Requirement 资历要求 :
1. Bachelor and above, engineering background with mechanical or related majors etc.
2. Semiconductor hardware related experiences (3 years or above), dry etch is preferred.
3. Good communication skill.
4. Good ownership and problem solving skill.
