?具有识别和纠正设备和工艺问题的能力，有成功监督工程供应商的经验，能够在压力下独立有效地工作。
?有领导团队取得成功的能力，能够估算项目成本并提供成本效益分析。
?能够用普通话进行交流。以可接受的业务格式格式化报告，以提供易于理解的信息，能使用表格、图表和其他数据来支持建议和结论，具备一定技术写作能力。

? Ensures maintenance staff delivers agreed-upon results by communicating job expectations; support Equipment & Facilities Manager in maintenance technician’s monthly performance appraisal, and offer related data; initiating, coordinating, and enforcing systems, policies, and procedures with the assistance of the Human Resources (HR) Dept. and EHC approved policies & procedures.
确保通过与维修员工沟通来达到期望的工作要求；协助设备经理完成维修技术员的月度绩效考核并提供相关数据；在人力资源部和公司批准的政策和程序的协助下，启动、协调和执行系统、政策和程序。
? Supervises maintenance staff by determining workloads and schedules; assists Equipment & Facilities Manager to evaluate staff and make hiring and termination recommendations.

？ Preventative Maintenance (PM) 预防性维护
? Support Equipment & Facilities Manager to develop. recommend and implement preventative maintenance programs and goals for EHC’s equipment.

? Provides on going training program, workshop, discussion to employee about checklist usage, trouble shooting skill, etc to make sure all position could be well understood and involed in the PM program to work as a group.

? Involved in new equipment installation, commissioning and testing as needed. Using the mistake proof methodology, completes the reforming and upgrading of Rubber Handrail, NT and EP production equipment to achieve optimized operational condition, zero down time and high efficiency
根据需要参与新设备的安装、调试和测试。运用防错方法，完成橡胶扶手、NT、EP生产设备的改造升级，实现运行状态优化、零停机、高效率。
? Recommends and implements maintenance plan for each new equipment while it is introduced into application. Be involved into the new equipment operation training plan. Hand over the equipment hardware trouble shooting task from developing engineer.
建议并实施每台新设备投入使用后的维护保养计划，参与新设备的操作培训计划，从开发工程师处接手设备硬件故障解决任务。
? Develops maintenance data collection and information gathering to more effectively provide the planned maintenance service in future.

? Involved in equipment trouble shooting, repair, maintenance tasks if required. Communication with Quality, Engineer, User to verify the repair work completed and equipment could deliver the full design duties.

? Support Equipment & Facilities Manager to ensure that Maintenance Team conform to the established 5S standards in the factory. Execute an on-site inspection on a weekly basis, ensures that corrective actions are taken and completed whenever housekeeping has been compromised. Assist other departments to finish the 5S improvement projects designated by the 5S audit committee.
支持设备设施经理，确保维修团队符合工厂建立的5S标准。每周执行一次现场检查，确保一旦内务管理受到损害，采取并完成纠正措施。协助其他部门完成5S审核委员会指定的5S改进项目。
? WEEKLY - Review & analyse Maintenance Equipment Daily Checklist & Maintenance Log with Equipment & Facilities Manager , takes any positive actions to improve the condition of the equipment.
每周与设备经理一起审查和分析维护设备每日检查表和维护日志，采取积极的措施来改善设备的状况。
? Whenever a potential equipment failure is identified, is responsible to direct Maintenance Team to develop preventative actions to prevent the failures being happened.
一旦发现潜在的设备故障，负责指导维修团队制定预防措施以防止故障的发生。
? Leading the job to develop and maintain a Maintenance Buffer Items list, and support Equipment & Facilities Manager in specifying the maintenance spare parts part numbers, required inventory, current inventory, re-order point, cost of each spare parts, etc.
领导制定和维护维修缓冲物品清单，并支持设备经理确定维修备件的零件号、所需库存、当前库存、订货时间及每个备件的成本等。
? Make sure the accuracy inventory record of maintenance warehouse, conduct the monthly Maintenance Buffer Items physical count and update inventory record at the end of each month, and send the monthly counting report to Equipment & Facility Manager for review and approval.
确保维修仓库库存记录的准确性，每月进行维修备品盘点，月末更新盘点记录，并将月度盘点报告报设备经理审核批准。
? Requests the purchasing for any spare parts to get Equipment & Facilities Manager’s approval, and then support Supply Chain Dept. to order the spare parts to fill the inventory so that there will always be enough spare parts available for instant maintenance repairs in order to minimize the equipment down time to the least point, and to improve the OEE (Overall Equipment Efficiency) on an on-going basis.
采购任何备件须获得设备经理的批准，然后支持供应链部门订购备件以填补库存，以便始终有足够的备件用于即时维护维修，以将设备停机时间降至最低，并持续提高OEE(整体设备效率)。
? Carries out other work tasks/projects assigned by Equipment & Facilities Manager.
完成设备和设施经理分配的其他工作任务/项目。
？ 3.0 Maintenance Sourcing and Purchasing Support 维修采购支持
? Prepares all purchase order requisitions for appropriate approvals to fulfill the maintenance purchases.
准备所有采购订单并获得相应的批准，以完成维修采购。
? Supervises the external contractors to regularly maintain some special equipment (e.g. Air Conditioner, Air Compressor and Forklift Truck, etc. ) which rely on external source to ensure that equipment is maintained to the world class condition and to eliminate any unscheduled down time.
监督外部承包商定期维护一些依赖外部资源的特殊设备(如空调、空气压缩机、叉车等)，确保设备保持在世界一流水平，并杜绝任何非计划停机时间。
？ REPORTS 报告
? Provides data to support Equipment & Facility Manager on monthly priority list .
