SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES:
The QC will:
1. 在合作工厂现场，按照公司对产品的要求，进行产品质量检验，把好质量关，对检验结果负责；
Working with related suppliers, finish inspection according provided SIP at supplier sites. Take responsibility for inspection results.
2. 认真填写检验记录单，做好质量检验情况的资料归集、整理及存入质量档案；
Fill sample inspection report. Finish inspection data collection and organization.
3. 对外购件外协件入厂检验发现的质量问题，及时通知质量工程师；
Inform related engineer immediately if there is any quality issue during the inspection process.
4. 对有追溯性要求的零件做好标识；
Put tracking mark on the parts if required.
5. 按照公司的发货要求，对于急需产品，在认真执行标准或检验制度的前提下，做到及时配合，做到文明检验；
Arrange inspection schedule according required shipping schedule requirements. For any urgent part, inspector should finish inspection ASAP and keep communicating with engineer during inspection process.
6. 按要求使用检测设备；负责所用检测设备的维护保养
Use inspection tooling as required. Take responsibility for tooling maintenance.
7. 参加职业培训
Join training.
8. 完成公司布置的其它工作
Finish other works that are assigned by the company.
REQUIREMENTS:
Education and Experience:
1. 大专及以上学历。专业涉及机械设计，机械加工或其他相关专业。
Minimum of a college Degree from an accredited college, in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, hydraulic or a similar discipline.
2. 五年以上对于机加工产品/折弯产品/铸造产品/油缸零件的工作经验，有在质检部工作经历，具有较强的分析判断能力，有较高的工作协调能力
5+ working experience on machining/bending/casting/hydraulic products. Been worked in a QC department. Have strong problem analysis skill. Have strong teamwork spirits.
3. 熟练掌握机械零件和/或油缸零件的检验方法，熟悉机械部件生产工艺流程，掌握各种检测仪器的操作维护；
A good understanding of mechanical parts and/or hydraulic parts inspection methods. Familiar with mechanical parts production process. Know how to use inspection tooling.
Skills and Abilities:
1. 能够阅读英语邮件，看懂英语图纸。
Able to read English Emails and English drawings.
2. 熟悉英制尺寸。能够借助工具，自如换算英制尺寸与公制尺寸。
Familiar with inch size. Able to convert inch size from metric size.
3. 有一定质量检验知识；熟悉《产品质量法》；
Understand quality knowledge. Familiar with product quality law.
4. 独立解决产品检验过程中出现的一般质量问题。
Able to solve general quality issues independently during inspection process.
5. 熟悉一般抽样方法。
Familiar with standard sampling method.
6. 有良好的自我管理能力，能够接受居家办公，有效率的完成分配的工作。
Good self-manage skills. Can finish assigned work efficiently at home.
7. 能够熟练使用MS office软件（特别是Excel, word和Outlook）.
A good working knowledge of MS Office (specifically Excel, Word and Outlook).
8. 良好的学习以及成长能力
Able to learn & adapt in a growing environment.
9. 能够接受频繁的出差。
Able to accept frequent business trip.
