We are looking for a new colleague in the Finance Team at our location in
Xuhui, Shanghai.

Your tasks:

* Lead Regional R&D & Overhead Controlling related activities and affairs
* Business Partner for Engineering and SG&A Functions in the Region
* Establishing and Execution of Monthly Reporting and Budgeting for R&D and
SG&A
* Drive and Coordinate Benchmark Analysis and Cost Improvement Initiatives
within the Engineering and SG&A Area
* Ensure harmonized Controlling/Reporting Standards within the Region in
alignment with Global Standards and processes
* Coordinate Roll outs of system/tool adaptations related to Finance within
the region
* Coordinate cross – regional transactions between Asia Pacific and other
Regions / Global
Your profile:


* Successfully completed university studies as business economist,
Accounting/Financing, industrial engineer, international management or
equivalent
* Minimum of 5-8 years on professional experience within automotive industry
* Expert in Accounting and Financial Processes
* Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively at all levels
in a collaborative team environment. Experienced in leading a team in an
international environment
* Very good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
* Fluent in English
