Responsibilities: 1.Follow SOP to process BL and rating. 2.Adhere to company requirement and work efficiency and achieve SLA. 3.Follow SOP to process all relevant manifesting. 4.Ensure 24 hours manifesting in SLA and correctly. 5.Keep smooth communication with other terms. 6.To participate in achieving accurate query routed to the client and customer service team. 7.Other tasks assighend by manger. Requirements: 1.College diploma or above. 2.Basic shipping knowledge. 3.Proficient skills in written and oral Chinese and English. 4.Good experience in use of relevant IT office applications. 5.Good communication skill with external and internal party.
