E-commerce Intern实习生岗位暂不留用,欢迎大三或者保研研一的同学加入! Responsibilities: 1. Assist E-commerce team for WeChat Store/Website/Fliggy platform operation and customer relationship maintenance. 2. Assist Fliggy platform for sailed guest relationship maintenance, in order to improve the guest repeat rate. 3. Assist to make phone calls for payment reminder to customers. 4. Assist WeChat Store/Website/Fliggy platform campaign and project implementation for EC sales driven. 5. Coordinate with vendor for material collection, engagement gift delivery. 6. Reporting draft for WeChat Store/Website/Fliggy E-commerce, direct sale, etc. 7. Competitor pricing and marketing intelligence monitoring. 8. Internal process related work including not limited to finance, administration, procurement, etc. Qualifications: 1. Bachelor, major in Marketing/E-commerce/Tourism as a plus. 2. Have knowledge on own channel and OTA. Good communication skills and empathetic listening. 3. Have passion for tourism industry, pay attention to details. 4. Be able to work under pressure, accept work on weekend and holidays in compensation with comp time. 5. At least 3 working day per week, internship 3-6 months. 6. Team player and quick learner. 7. Skilled in Microsoft Office Word, Excel
