"工作职责 维护良好的办公环境 定期向同事更新公司在差旅/娱乐申请和费用报销方面的最新政策,并监督执行情况。 为团队成员预订机票。 组织部门活动,如年度晚宴、郊游活动、团队聚餐。 管理管理层成员的日程安排,如酒店、航班、餐厅和旅行文件 进行会议预约、起草会议记录并跟进管理层成员的议程。 协助报销管理层成员的业务费用和每月津贴。 接待公司访客 组织商务会议和商务餐会,必要时参与其中 收集文件供管理层成员签字 维护有效的填写系统,如信件、备忘录、联系信息、名片等 任职资格 具有国际公司行政管理经验 良好的英语沟通能力,精通英语口语和书面语。 良好的团队合作能力 耐心、细心,对工作充满热情 能够在多元文化环境中工作 能够跨时区工作 Job Responsibility: - Maintain good office environment - Keep colleagues updated about company policy in travel/entertainment applications and expenses claim, and supervise execution. - Book flight ticket for team members. - Organize department events i.e. annual dinner, outing activity, team meals. - Manage the agenda of management members's agenda, i.e. hotel, flights, restaurants, and travel documents - Conduct meeting appointments, draft meeting minutes and follow up management members's agenda. - Assist to claim management members's business expenses and monthly allowance. - Receive company visitor - Organize business conference and business meals, sometimes participate in if necessary - Collect documents to management members's for signature - Maintain an efficient filling system i.e. letters, memos, contact information, name cards Qualifications: Have experience in admin in international company Good English communication, Proficient in English both Oral and Written. Good team work skills Be patience, careful and passionate at work Be able to work in multi-cultural environment Be able to work cross time-zone
