Blue Star Group is seeking Foreign Trade Analyst to join our China team in Shanghai. This role will be in charge to coordinate our global logistic and shipments for 5 countries, in order to ensure the accomplishment, the lead time expected per port.

Responsibility:
Request commercial documentation from the assigned suppliers 10 days before the ready date.
Contact with suppliers to ensure the shipment dates and pre-shipment approval.
Revision of documentation based on quantities, prices and ready dates established in the system.
Coordination and monitoring of goods with the agents of each market. Analyze vessel data to report daily booking status.
Working with our overseas trade and Logistics teams to troubleshoot issues and resolve specific disruptions with shipments.
Consolidations on ports with different suppliers according fob calendar
Load of documents to the system.
Oversee shipping activities, keeping updated shipment records, and forwarding relevant information to manufacturing and purchase department on shipment of goods.
Request correction of documents or information in Master P in case there are changes.
Request final documentation for each of the shipments.
Follow-up the sending of the final documentation through courier.

6、与我们的海外贸易和物流团队合作，解决问题并解决货运的具体中断。
7、根据离岸价日历与不同供应商进行港口整合
8、将文档加载到系统。
9、 监督运输活动，保存最新的运输记录，并将货物运输的相关信息转发给制造和采购部门。
10、如有文件变更，需在Master P中及时更正文件或信息。
11、要求提供每批货物的最终文件；通过快递跟进最终文件的发送。

>Minimum Qualification

· Bachelor’s degree in Foreign trade or Supply chain related fields

· English fluency, Spanish is a Plus
2+ years of experience in global logistics or international trade.
Knowledge in import/export documentations, freight negotiation with forwarder.
Demonstrate eager in study, attention to detail, strong organization, planning and prioritizing abilities
Ability to learn and perform multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Microsoft Office
Mandatory live in Shanghai
