职责描述: - Offer Negotiating 报价 1. Provide Catalog, qualification, certificate samples and other documents to customer; 为客户提供产品目录、资质证明,证书样版及其他文件; 2. In order to provide customers with appropriate certification and training service, we must visit our customers regularly to know theirs needs; 为向客户提供适合的证书与培训服务,需定期拜访客户了解其需求; 3. Send and collect Application Form, questionnaire to potential customer, after Sales coordinator making and manager approve, transfer the offer or written Quotation to customer; 向潜在客户发送并收集申请单,问卷,由销售协调员整理并得到经理批准后,向客户提供报价; 4. Contact with the related partner such as buyers, association, tutors, consultant companies and keep good relations. 与合作伙伴如买家,行业协会,讲师,顾问公司联络,保持良好关系。 - Order controlling 订单控制 1. To achieve the sales target yearly; 完成年度销售目标; 2. The contract will be issued and signed back up; 合同起草及回签; 3. To confirm the general audit schedule and to notify the Customer Service Department; 确认审核安排并通知客服部门; 4. To push customer to perform the audit. 推进客户完成审核工作。 -Payment 付款 1. To send the payment reminder letter two weeks before auditing to confirm with the customers; 审核两周前向客服发送付款通知书确认; 2. Request customer to pay audit fee. 要求客户支付审核费用。 -Others 其他 1. To report the new trends of the market and our competitors to the Regional Sales Manager in time monthly; 每月及时向区域销售经理汇报市场最新趋势及竞争对手信息; 2. Periodic and aperiodic report to Regional Sales Manager weekly; 每周向区域销售经理作定期/不定期汇报; 3. Support to Regional Sales Manager; 支持区域销售经理的工作; 4.Completion of sales report termly; 定期完成销售报表; ? To assist the related marketing activities. 协助完成相关市场活动。 任职要求: 1. College degree or above; 大专或以上学历; 2. At least 3 years sales experience in Certification body, system certification is better; 3年或以上认证相关经验,体系认证优先; 3. Good communication and sales skill; 良好的沟通及销售技巧; 4. Fluent in Chinese and English。 中英读写流利。
