Abide by the company’s rules, regulations and working principles, ensure all the activities conforming to the company’s quality management, health and safety, rules and regulations, laws, and keep safety, healthy working environment.

New injection tool design review supporting, new injection tool approval support, and get the tool book from supplier.
新模具设计评审支持，新模具批准支持，建立模具书
Change request and change notice management and open the check list, and feed back to in department side after confirming and signature by relative staff.
工程更改管理和确认
Process parameter setting and new tool test try, gauge and fixture spec.
工艺过程控制参数设置和试模,工装夹具，检具的设计规范

Participate the prototype samples manufacture, make process feasibility study, and lead trial run before PPAP to ensure no process issue when SOP.

Communicate with intercompany’s process communication and supplier.

Equipment approval supporting with production process performance data, ensure the equipment accepted with approved quality, efficiency, safety and ect.

Create equipment and tooling documentation and drawing and management.
设备工装模具管理文件，图纸建立和管理
To be responsible for the organization to the existing equipment and process of continuous improvement considering of Safety\Health\Environment need.
负责组织对现有设备与工艺的不断改进,并充分考虑到安全、健康、环境方面的需求
Get involved in all kinds of HSE activities, attend fire emergency evacuation, Attend Safety\Health\Environment Training.
参与到各项必要的安全活动中，参加消防演习，参加健康安全环境培训。
Maintain and update the company’s system procedures and documents related with production process, participate and support customer audit.
对公司系统要求和涉及的工艺流程文件进行维护更新，参与并支持客户审核。
Report to maintenance manager and finish the temporary job from management team.
向部门经理汇报，并完成部门分配的临时任务
3、Personal Tasks
The personal tasks of Process Engineer consist of, but are not limited to, the following activities: 工艺工程师基本个人工作职责包括但不限于以下内容：
New project launching including the equipment, tooling, fixture, process documents (PFEMA, flow chart, control plan), product WI, efficiency confirmation, train operators and etc.
新项目准备，包括设备、工装夹具、工艺文件（包括PFEMA、工艺流程图、控制计划）、产品作业指导书、效率定额确认、培训工人等…
Yearly production cycle time update

Quick support and response for production line stop related with equipment or process
对产品涉及设备和工艺的产线问题快速支持响应
Quick support for quality issue and long-term solution, including in house quality issue and customer quality claim.
对厂内产品质量问题和客户质量投诉的快速支持响应及提供长期方案
Daily maintain the tooling and fixture list

6、Competence profile (ideal) 任职要求
Education: Bachelor's degree (or above) of (Mechanism or electronics).
学历：大本/大本以上学历(机械或电子)
Min 3 years of Automotive industry experience.
至少三年汽车行业经验
Min 3 years of process engineering.
至少三年工艺工程师经验
2D and 3D technique drawing creating.
2D 和3D技术图纸绘制
Create PFMEA and PFC CP OEE.
PFMEA and CP PFC OEE编制，设备全局效率管理
Familiar with injection molding process.

Proficient OFFICE software.
