Your Mission Tiktok Short videos & Paid Media Optimization - Manage DP to prepare all Tik tok related short videos and content materials, including selection, modeling, fitting, scripting, setup, review, modification, etc. - Work closely with EC operations team to develop short videos strategy and update for sales - Manage DP to continuously improve RTB ROI - Handle/consolidate review report with DP support - Manager KOL livestreaming, including KOL assessment selection, product commission assessment - Responsible for live room design, decoration, material quality - Recommend new ideas, identify TikTok campaign opportunities - Responsible for payment and admin work related to all TikTok projects Tencent program - Manage agency to develop monthly paid media plan - Manage agency to review weekly paid media data - Ensure the agency execution is following confirmed monthly product calendar and achieve KPI - Work closely with operations on mini program to improve sales Data summarization - Data analysis, integration, basic PPT construction Internal / External Relationship - Help to collect and consolidate the latest TikTok/ Tencent marketing trends to colleagues across other teams - TikTok/ Tencent projects status reporting internally on monthly basis Your Talent - Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in ECommerce, Marketing or related field - Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in ECommerce marketing, TIKTOK operations - Familiar with Microsoft Office - Excellent in Mandarin Chinese Fluent English, and excellent written Mandarin Chinese - Critical, strategic, creative thinker with a “Think of the Box” mentality. - Good conceptual understanding of brand building & usage of PR as a communications tool - Able to multi-task and attention to detail - Open-mindedness, excellent interpersonal / communication skills, team player with inspirational attitude / Patience & Passion with Proactive nature - Able to take calculated risks, effective in time management and plan execution. - Knowledgeable about China and international sports field / brands & lifestyle sector - Data Analytic - Strong knowledge in online-shopping platform, short videos, RTB, etc. Active and keen user of the internet, TikTok and WeChat
