Job Responsibilities:
1. Work closely with NJO packaging & production team on packaging developing, sampling for marketing week and customers. Submit the packaging form with quotation sheet.
2. Read and fully understand customer package protocol. Create packaging instructions according to PO, sketch and customer/sale’s requirements and make sure all packagings under US packaging legalization and meet customer's standard.
3. Work with graphic designer on package files setting up and check information are correct.
4. Coach and coordinate with factories to make sure they understand different customers' packaging
requirements and perform accordingly.
5. Work closely with Merchandisers, check physical packaging samples including size/material/color fitting with products. forecast potential packaging issue and call out with merchandiser manager and help push factories to ship on time.


Requirements
Experienced in translating English to Mandarin for Packing Documents/Instructions when relaying information to factories
Prefer candidate to come from home textile industry, with a minimum of 1 year experience – but would also consider a candidate from another consumer products company where packaging is involved
Must be thorough/accurate when explaining Packing/Packaging Instructions to our QC Inspectors, so that they can accurately inspect that it is done according to specification
Strong Photoshop, Illustrator skill
Must speak, read, write and type in both Mandarin and English
Must have great organizational, operational and communication skills
Must be detail-oriented
Great follow-up skills
Great at following directions
