Key responsibilities
? Develops pecificadjacent category long-term roadmapaccordingto MT’s strategic directions
? Achieve the national budgeted sales volumes, revenue and contribution margin by managing all activities related to the sales cycle
? Establish new category coverage network base on existing AN emulsion system to promote synergism growth
? Develop specific execution KPIs of local sales team
? Track，evaluate&calibrate regional sales execution of adjacentcategories
? Coordinate Product/RD&I/Marketing/Procurement/Supply chain etc. on developing adjacent categories by—
? Internal and external environmental analysis, including but not limited to buz allocation and financial situation etc
? Trend analysis of deco-paints industry
? Regularly competition information analysis
? Business priority evaluation
? Meet channel promotion demand
? Improve capacity & motivation of sales organization


.Job requirements
? University degree or above;
? At least 5 years working experiences on paint related wall decoration materials or kitchen & bathroom materials
? Good interpersonal skill and communication skill.
? Good analytical skills and execution
? Good business acumen with innovative enthusiasm
? Fluent in Mandarin, workable English in written, and spoken is a preference
? High motivation and results-orientated
? Willingness to travel
