销售行政 Internal Sales Administrator Responsibilities: - Responsible for sales related matters such as enquiry, quotation, follow up, sales contract and arrange sales invoice, etc. - Assist in solving issues related to delivery complaints and quality issues. - Work closely with warehouse and purchasing colleagues to coordinate the sales delivery and enquiry. - Assist and participate in marketing campaign such as trade show. - Complete other temporary tasks assigned by leader. Requirements: - Good command of both Chinese and English in speaking, writing and listening. - Possess at least a college degree. - Preferably with at least 3 years working experience. - Product familiarity and technical knowledge is mandatory after training provided by company. - High integrity, discipline and highly cooperative. - Punctuality is of utmost importance. - Team player. - Quick response attitude to customer issue and query. - Willing to travel within China if required for event and customer visit. - Able to work steadily for a long term. Work Location and Time: - The office is located in Shanghai Minhang District. - We work 5 days a week from 8:30am to 5:00pm.
