Main Function Responsibilities and Activities / 本职位的主要责任以及职能:
? Responsible for import and export transportation and Customs clearance, improve the document management process, ensure accurate & compliance operation and the transparent & efficient process / 负责进出口运输和清关，完善单证管理流程，确保准确合规操作，整个流程透明高效
? Familiar with Customs laws and regulations, processing trade management procedures, efficient and accurate completion of processing trade handbook related business / 熟悉海关法律法规，加工贸易管理流程，高效准确地完成加工贸易手册/账册相关业务
? Breakdown the BOM by shop order, register new materials / finished goods BOM and submit to Customs / 分解生产工单BOM，备案新增料件&成品BOM，登记并提交海关
? Manage daily E-handbook balance verification /管理每日电子手册核销平衡
? Liaise closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure on-time arrival and delivery /与内部和外部利益相关者保持密切联系，以确保按时到货和交货。
? Manage and coordinate trade compliance business related to Customs / 管理和协调与海关有关的贸易合规的业务
? Other activities in continuous improvement / 其他持续改进活动

REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE /本职位所要求的技能及经历
? College degree or above / 专科及以上学历
? Majored in supply chain or Customs affairs management / 供应链或海关事务管理相关专业
? Over 3 years of Customs operation experience in processing trade management / 3年以上加工贸易管理海关操作经验
? Familiar with Customs related policies, strong awareness of Customs risk control / 熟悉海关相关政策，有较强的海关风险控制意识
? At least 3 years’ experience in bonded management of hundreds of products with different BOM structures, preferable in harness products / 3年以上数百种不同BOM结构产品的保税管理经验，布线组类产品优先
