Qualification任职资格:
？ At least 2 years related experience in production line management.

？ College or above degree
大专及以上学历
？ Initiative, self-disciplined, team work and responsibility.

？ Good negotiation & communication skills.
良好的沟通谈判技巧和良好的人际关系处理能力
？ Familiar with ERP System, good skills in computer (Microsoft Offices excel, word, PowerPoint).
熟悉工厂ERP系统，熟练掌握办公软件，
？ Good English read skill
有一定的英文阅读能力

Responsibilities职责：
？ Coordinate packaging personnel arrangements to ensure that the plan agreed upon.
合理安排包装部人员工作,以确保计划与实际产能达成一致
？ Closely work with planner team to understand the overall customer order status and lead the preparation of manpower plan
和计划部门紧密合作,了解所有客户订单的特殊要求以及准备人力计划
？ Daily packing plan and daily/weekly/monthly regular checking implementation.
每天的包装计划以及常规表单的执行监督与确认
？ Support Team to conduct formal analysis of production capacities, predict problems and recommend actions for the progress.
支持团队进行包装能力的产能分析,预测问题和建议.
？ Supervise line leaders
监督产线工作
？ Free trade zone re packing tasks
保税区的再包装业务执行
？ Other tasks assigned by superior.
