Job responsibilities 岗位职责: 1.Provide timely and proactive responses to inquiries from overseas branches. 对海外代理的询价予以及时、积极的回复。0202 2.Be responsible for contacting the shipper , inputting cargo data into the system and checking documents. 负责联络发货人出货,系统输入,核对文件。 3.Provide tracking services to overseas customers to ensure smooth business operations for each shipment. 对海外客户进行跟踪服务,保证每票业务操作顺利 。 4.Coordinate and resolve customer inquiries, complaints, disputes, and other situations. 客户咨询、投诉、纠纷等情况的协调解决。 5.Promptly handle and solve problems that occur during the operation process. 及时处理解决操作过程中发生的问题。
Qualification: 岗位要求 1.College diploma or above. 大专及以上学历。 2.Good computer skill, familiar with MS-Office Suite (Outlook, Excel02and Word). 良好的计算机技能,熟悉微软办公软件(Outlook、Excel和Word)。 3.CET-4 and above. 英语四级及以上。 4.Strong teamwork spirit, self-motivated. 具有较强的团队合作精神,有上进心。 5.Stable, carefulness, responsible, efficient, positive, Can-Do attitude. 稳定、细心、负责、高效、积极、敢做的态度。
