为生产商和染厂提供技术支持，以确保生产符合颜色标准、颜色连续性、可测量性、可追溯性，提高业务所在国颜色审批流程的速度和质量，并根据全球规范提供视觉和仪器分析结果的技术审批。
②工作流程：
如有必要可以从色彩库中提取色彩标准和流程图；流程完成后将标准和流程图存档。
将提交评估的色差、大货、缸差或颜色代码申请表，连同相关的颜色参考，放入条件箱中。
将色差，大货，缸差与相关的颜色参照物混合后，在读色仪中完成测量并打印出来。
将色差、头缸和缸差染料（光学白和氖除外）的读色仪测量结果上传到 ROS（色彩确认系统）进行数字评估。
在 色差、头缸和缸差的灯箱中提供除本白（混色、条纹、印花、光纤白、霓虹等）以外的目标颜色批准。
指导染厂对未经批准的问题颜色进行处理。
为了提升商业核准率，努力通过与采购、供应商和染厂谈判来提高颜色认可度。
报告色彩结果。快速记录当天提出的意见，并将结果传达给设计/采购/Taha 团队。
根据颜色创建布样流程图，方法是从每个已批准的布样上剪下一块，并将其信息填入表格。
在确认同一颜色的不同织物品质或做出商业决策时使用布样流程图。
根据布料类型裁剪合适的布片，填写核准颜色的流程图信息。
将已创建颜色的流程图形式放到颜色档案文件夹的正确位置。

准确到位地使用条件箱、灯箱和读色仪装置。正确解释测量结果。
了解纤维类型、染色工艺、染料和化学品。
了解并应用色度学原理和标准色彩解释术语。
④工作方案：
通过与染色车间联系，对无法通过审批的颜色进行根本原因分析，并设法解决问题。
就有问题的颜色与 TR 色彩技术专家合作。
针对买方未发送 QTX 数据的问题颜色，向相关染色部门发送 QTX 数据。
通过跟踪所负责染色车间的当前数据来支持对齐工作。此外，保持与染色车间的联系来提高第一轮批准率。

Extracts color standards and flowcharts from the color archive when necessary; archives standards and flowcharts when the process is complete.
Places the LabDip, Bulk, Dyelot or Color Code Request Forms submitted for evaluation, together with the relevant color references, in the conditioning cabinet.
After conditioning the LabDip, Bulk and Dyelots with the relevant color references, completes their measurements in the spectrophotometer and takes their printouts.
Uploads the spectrophotometer measurement results of LabDip, *** Bulk and Dyelot dyes, other than optical white and neon, to the ROS (Color Confirmation System) for digital evaluation.
Gives on-target color approvals in the light box for LabDip, *** Bulk and Dyelot, other than solid colors (melange, striped, printed, optical white, neon, etc.).
Directs dyehouses to the result for unapproved problematic colors.
In order to reduce the commercial approval rate, tries to increase color approval performance by negotiating with Buying, suppliers and dyehouses.
Reports color results. Records the comments made during the day quickly and conveys the results to the Design/Buying/Taha teams.
Creates LabDip Flowchart based on color by cutting a piece from each approved Lab Dip and filling in its information to the form.
Uses the LabDip Flow Chart when confirming different fabric qualities of the same color or when making commercial decisions.
Flow Chart information of the approved color is filled in by cutting the right piece according to the fabric types.
Places the Flowchart form of the created color in the right place in the color archive folders.
Uses the conditioning cabin, light box and spectrophotometer devices accurately and in place. Interprets the measurement results correctly.
Has knowledge about fiber types, dyeing processes, dyestuffs and chemicals.
Knows and applies the principles of colorimetry and standard color interpretation terminology.
Makes root cause analysis for colors that cannot be approved by contacting the paint shops and tries to solve the problem.
Collaborates with TR Color Technologist about problematic colors.
Provides QTX data transmission to the relevant dyehouses for the problematic colors for which QTX data is not sent by the Buying.
Supports the alignment by following the current data of the dyehouses is responsible for. Also aims to increase the *** round approval rate by staying in touch with dyehouses.
Maintains strategic cooperation with major global dyestuff manufacturers to obtain prescription and R&D support.
Generates dyehouse performance follow-up reports.
