1.JOB SUMMARY
开发产品的机械解决方案(移动，汽车，医疗行业，消费电子)，从最初的概念到生产发布。
Develop mechanical solutions for products (mobile, Automotive, Medical industries，consumer electronics) from initial concept to production release.
2.与项目团队紧密合作，确保项目按时/按质量/按成本交付。
Work with project team closely to ensure project on time/on quality/on cost delivery.
2.KEY RESPONSIBILITIE
1.根据客户技术要求进行机械结构设计。
Conduct mechanical structure design according to customer technical requirements.
2.进行必要的静力学/动力学计算和公差分析，以确保设计质量。
Do necessary statics /dynamics calculation and tolerance analysis to ensure the design quality.
3.完成设计成果，如2D/3D图纸，DFMEA, DFM评估，风险分析等。
Finish the design deliverables such as 2D/3D drawings, DFMEA, DFM assessment, risk analysis etc.
4.在产品开发阶段与跨职能团队一起解决所有设计故障。
trouble shoot all design failures with cross function team during product development stage.
5.与供应商一起审核和放行外购零件。
Work with suppliers to review and release outsourcing parts.
6.与跨职能团队合作，确保项目目标的完全实现。
Collaborate with cross function teams to ensure project targets are fully met.

学历要求
MINIMUM ACADEMIC REQUIREMENT
1. 机械工程/力学/材料力学或相关专业本科以上学历。 Majored in mechanical engineering /Mechanics/ Mechanics of Material or related field with a bachelor’s degree. 高学历优先。
Higher degree is a plus.
2.4年以上精密机电产品机械设计经验。
Min 4 years of experience in mechanical design on precise mechatronic products.
3.有根据技术需求提供技术解决方案的经验。
Proven experience in generating technical solutions based on technical requirements.
4.熟练使用Pro-E/UG/Catia设计工具。 Proficiency with Pro-E/UG/Catia design tools.
