Role Mission: Crocs, Inc. is a world leader in innovative casual footwear for women, men and children. Crocs offers a broad portfolio of all-season products, while remaining true to its core molded footwear heritage. Currently, we are looking for a Social Media Manager to join China digital marketing team and actively support planning and managing the owned social media strategy, execution and optimization. This person will play a key role to achieve the missions: ? Build Crocs the top footwear brand in China through the development and implementation of social marketing communications. ? Lead, plan and execute comprehensive social platform strategy/initiatives/campaigns/always-on works to effectively represent our products, services and our brand to customers in China. ? The outcome will be fully leveraged social media ecosystem to drive brand/loyalty KPI and close connection to commerce KPI. Key Responsibilities: Planning and operation on brand accounts across different social platforms ? Proactively develop and recommends social platforms including but not limited on Weibo/WeChat/Douyin/Red and its derived programs to line manager, based on the marketing plan. ? Suggest how to strategically position the brand to convey the brand vision. ? Coordinate the creation of social media assets with both internal and external creative teams. ? Work out annual, quarterly and monthly social calendars and performance reviews in close coordination with the agencies. Campaign management ? Provide social media input into the annual and quarterly marketing plan. ? Implement, adapt, and flawlessly execute both global and local campaigns. ? Strategically utilize our global and local signed celebrity with effective communication initiatives to provide the authentic link to our products. ? Identify how global communication can be adapted and implemented or developed to local initiatives. Cross functional work ? Work alongside key internal marketing teams (integrated marketing, PR, creative, retail marketing, visual merchandising, etc.) to manage social media strategy and execution work. ? Be able to work and coordinate with regional/global marketing team to take inputs from global campaign playbook and IMC report, give feedback on local needs, support on pitchback deck. ? Connect closely with e-commerce team for orchestrating how to efficiently synergize social communication with e-commerce channels, such as, CRM integration, etc. ? Constantly liaises with other teams like Retail, Wholesale, Legal, Financial teams to ensure all project/communication smooth implementation. Agency management ? Establish strong relationships and manages day-to-day activities/works with social media agency. ? Supervise agency to deliver comprehensive social listening /campaign/competitor report and analysis. ? Evaluate agency’s performance by setting clear objectives and expectations. ? Negotiate and develop quotations and contracts with agencies if needed. Job Requirements: Education: Bachelor’s degree or above Experience: ? More than 6 years of marketing experience with digital/social focus with famous FMCG/retail brands in a foreign company. ? Solid experience working on large-scale projects and initiatives. ? Comprehensive understanding of social media best practices and algorithms. Knowledge ? Understanding of retail business, fashion/footwear is a plus. ? Strong agency management ability. ? Strong project management. ? Strong data analysis skills and excellent at aesthetic judgement. ? Strong oral and written English skills. Interpersonal Skill ?
