Approach high-end customers and understand their backgrounds and requirements and requirements. 积极推广市场活动,接触高端客户群,了解客户背景和需求。 · Take responsibility for developing high end clients, by pro-actively marketing company services, undertaking cold calling and generating prospective business leads. 主动进行客户开发,客户跟踪。掌握物业相关信息为公司拓展业务, 完成季度及年度销售指标。 · Handling and overseeing direct client negotiations, including preparation of necessary information, documentation and materials. 负责直接与客户进行洽谈,包括准备相关信息及资料。 · Provide professional consulting services in the field of overseas real estate purchase legislation, load policies, transfer, leasing and other aspects. 为客户提供海外购房法律法规、贷款政策、交房、租赁等环节的专业咨询。 Requirements · At least 3-5 years’ experience in high-end property sales (England, Singapore, Japan, etc.) or high-end brand sales (preference given to candidates with working experience in key client sales, luxury production sales and emigration consulting) 至少3-5年高端海外房产(英国、新加坡、日本等)或者本土高端房产销售经验(拥有大客户销售、奢侈品销售、移民咨询经验优先), 并对继续从事房产销售工作有着极高的热情。 · Candidates with an existing client base are preferred. 拥有可转化资源的候选人优先 · Excellent communication skills and team spirit. 具备优秀的人际沟通能力与团队合作精神。 · Excellent Capability in high-end client development. Sales-oriented and target driven. 具备优秀的高端客户开发能力和销售目标达成能力。 · Aggressive, hard-working with a high level of initiative. 有积极、进取的工作态度; 工作耐心细致。 · Fluent in both written and spoken English. Able to browse domestic and international real estate websites independently. 流利的英文听说、书写能力, 能够独立浏览国内外地产网站。 · Proficient in Microsoft Office skills, eg. Powerpoint, Word, etc. 熟练的办公室软件操作能力。 · Bachelor College degree and above., Overseas study or living experience is preferred. 本科以上学历。具备英国,美国,澳洲留学或生活经历者优先。
