SUMMARY This role is key to and further grow the new client segments as well as existing client types, ensuring diversification of customer income. In this role you will be able to approach and determine new clients proactively.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES -The main role is to develop and deliver new business opportunities, being in charge of acquisition and development of potential clients. -Acquisition of targeted clients by contacting existing leads and new leads according to road map. -Follow up new accounts to meet sales targets in the initial period. -Manage sales activities, through visitation, calling potentials and using the Salesforce CRM system as the main hub for information. -Achieve general knowledge to guide potential client into the correct technical solution. Time dedication will reduce when acquiring the knowledge needed. -Receiving training or coaching: skills training is a key part of career development so KAMs should do ride-alongs,1-to-1 sessions, and team huddles on weekly basis. -Assist leads in the integration process to reduce timescales, grade the leads and prioritize and manage a portfolio of accounts. -Hand over accounts when already settled (based on potential) to KAM/SKAM. -Attending tradeshows to capture walk-in customers and visit other potential.
CANDIDATE PROFILE -Working experience: minimum of 5-7 years sales experience in the similar industry. Travel, airline or event working experience will be a plus -Acquisitions, coaching, customer follow-ups, people management and sales activities skills are required. -Excellent communication, be agile & efficient, culture & engagement, leadership and good teamwork during work. -Great account management skill will be a plus. -Technical knowledge will be a plus: -Application programming interface (API) -Customer relationship management (CRM) system -Salesforce -Knowledge of B2B and B2C will be a plus. -Have good command on business insights, business opportunities, business requirements and client prospecting skill will be a plus. -Optional skills for development, integration, lead generation, new account, new business (inactive), sales objectives, strategy. -Can work independently, prioritization, relationship development and training experience will be a plus. -Language: fluent English (essential).
