Responsibility：
1) Define and execute Work Breakdown Structure (WBS), complete key design tasks and documents.
2) Propose innovative concepts and analyze the feasibility.
3) Create design validation matrix for testing, analyze test results and make improvement.
4) Continuous product performance improvement and cost optimization.
5) Supervise the task delivery of lower-level engineers.

Requirement：
At least 3 years’ experience in Automotive industry.
Understand Automotive product development process, laws & regulations.
Good project management ability.
Knowledge of mechatronics is a plus
Good business sense and proactive.
Good learning agility.
Good communication and collaboration skill.
