Job Duty: 1. Work with FSSC team to do monthly, year-end closing process in compliance with local and global policy to ensure all financial statements are accurate.
2. Make provision/accruals/amortization and other month end adjustments at GL level.
3. Work with FSSC team to prepare account reconciliation for BS accounts review on monthly/quarterly basis, follow up outstanding issues efficiently.
4. Standardize and optimize accounting related process.
5. Closely follow latest tax regulations. Establish and monitor internal controls related to tax. Offer accounting trainings to finance team.
6. Calculate tax including but not limited to VAT, CIT, property tax, withholding tax, etc. Review tax returns and monthly filings of China branches to ensure declaration timeliness and accuracy.
7. Apply and renew tax exemption/incentives filings as well as non-trade overseas remittance filings in tax authority after withholding taxes if any.
8. Liaise with government bureaus to fulfill government requirements. Study government subsidy/incentive policies and apply per request.
9. Participate in annual budget and forecast preparing.
10. Liaison for corporate tax, controlling, internal and external audit.
11. Other ad-hoc request.
Job Requirement:
1. University graduate in Finance, Accounting or Controlling. Post-Master Accountancy is preferred (CPA,ACCA,CIMA).
2. At least 5 Years of relevant experience with profound accounting knowledge and financial analysis skills.
3. Strong knowledge and experience in GAAP and tax accounting principles and laws/regulations.
4. Experience of connecting with business and providing the accounting solutions.
5. Good skill in Excel and powerpoint. cost analysis, SAP and Hyperion knowledge will be a plus.
6. Fluency in written and spoken English and Mandarin.
