Responsibilities: 1.Key responsibilities include: Develop the strategic direction for the combined sales, application and service team, achieve bookings targets for product and services, win all major strategic design-ins, increase our market share and margins and improve the productivity and cost efficiency across the customer team. 2.Develop, inspire, and lead a world-class team of successful sales professionals, and provide overall direction to the Team. 3.Establish personal relationships with key decision makers at customers and their subcontractors. 4.Provide input to key strategic decisions concerning resource prioritization, pricing, positioning, product marketing, engineering roadmaps and differentiation.
Qualifications/Skills: 1.Minimum Experience: 10 years minimum experience in the semiconductor equipment or semiconductor related industry. 2.Professional Requirements: Proven track record in achieving/exceeding sales and market share targets. 3.Solid experience in building and managing a major sales account, preferably in semiconductor capital equipment. 4.Significant experience in creating and leading a team strategically to proactively manage customer relationships. 5.Over 5 years’ experience in exceptional leadership and management skills and the ability to motivate, develop, and inspire the team while creating a highly empowered organization. 6.Willing to travel domestically over 50% rate. 7.Strong English communication and presentation skills as well as interpersonal skills.
