Key Responsibilities: Leading and organizing the purchasing innovation projects, which focus on purchasing process optimization, cost improvement, OEM integration project etc by cross-functional collaboration. To develop the new suppliers and put the purchasing strategy landing to be in line with Company goal. Good data analysis capability and reporting skills to conducting market research and analysis to stay up-to-date on trends and pricing changes. Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements related to procurement and purchasing. Developing and managing budgets for commodity purchasing. Collaborating with other departments within the organization to ensure alignment with overall business goals.
Qualifications: -Bachelor's degree or above, master degree is plus. -Minimum of 8 years of procurement experience in oil area; -Strong analytical and negotiation skills. Deep understanding of supply chain management and markets. -Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with other departments and stakeholders. -Experience managing a team of procurement professionals. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
