岗位要求 Job Description: 1. 执行公司经营方针和战略,参与海外销售网络的建立,协助完善海外营销组织系统,积累、维护海外业务客户池,有效挖掘潜在机会,制定落实销售计划 Company strategy’s execution, involving in the oversea sales network construction, do support to finish the oversea sales team, gather relevant oversea leads from end customers and SI companies for designated market and finish the sales target. 2. 参与海外当地市场的品牌推广活动,逐步建立品牌的形象和市场地,协调联系海外合作商和客户,逐步达成海外销售目标 Attend BD actions for company branding promotion in the real site, to build up the image of company branding, then coordinate the related customers in the supply chain. 3. 开拓、维护海外行业集成商和终端客户资源,采取有效方式推进、维护商务关系,定期拜访或邀约介绍项目案例,向合作方或客户展现产品和方案价值 Develop and maintain SI company and key account customer in the designated market, do a valid verifiable action and introduction to promote the relationship between end user and company engineering team, to show up the company’s proposal and project value. 4. 对市场的变化做出及时的分析和判断,深入了解市场,调研市场及行业动态,综合分析竞争对手及行业情况,适时调整销售策略,应对市场变化 Do a thorough analysis and market survey to get a report or conclusion based on the real status for the designated market, collect competitor’s information to adjust the sales method to achieve sales target. 任职要求 Job Requirement: 1. 本科及以上学历,5年以上物流自动化或相关工业领域海外销售经验 Bachelor’s degree or above, 5 years logistics or industry field automatic experience in oversea market is preferred. 2. 有很强的新市场开拓能力和抗压能力,能够接受出差 Strong BD capacity and loading capacity for the designated market, can accept frequent business trip; 3. 具备高度的市场敏感性,较强的海外运营和项目促单能力 Sensitive for the market, and able to conduct oversea project separately. 4. 熟悉东南亚及欧美市场。有海外市场0到1开拓经验者,优先考虑 Be familiar with Southeast Asian market and Europe-US market.
